How the calculators work

103 calculator codes, built as working sheets in one workbook.

Most Majors share the same tools, such as the Enterprise Budget and the Market Price Comparator, set up for their commodity. The Directory sheet inside the workbook maps every code to its sheet. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.

1Yellow cells are yours

Type only into yellow cells. White cells calculate. Every input arrives pre-filled so the calculator answers before you change anything.

2Set your country once

The Settings sheet holds your country, hectares, Major, venture name and location, and reads the exchange rate. Every calculator reads from it.

3Read the dated benchmark

The Benchmarks sheet carries dated prices from the data layer with year and source, so you can see how old a default is.

4Follow the chain

The Core Course calculators are linked: start-up capital feeds the loan, the loan feeds the cash flow, and both feed break-even.

5Plan your people
