Why it is in Module 11
A measure of decision quality across twelve dimensions, including how deeply a person thinks before acting, premature action and whether they learn from what happened.
Labour relations are decided in the moment: a dispute at the gate, a late wage, a worker who does not turn up. The Dzungu Index shows whether you, or the person handling it, act before thinking.

Take it yourself, and give it to anyone who will manage workers or make decisions when you are away.
